Garment bag was in excellent condition and matches pieces I already have. I rated as a 4 because shipping label was generated but post office didn’t receive item for 6 days and received over 2 weeks after placing order. Don’t know what went wrong with shipping delays but thankful to receive since it was a necessary item for me. I would still recommend seller since she did ship the item and I eventually received it.
