The item looks nice and as described, it came in a shipping bag with no tube or extra protection so it was good that it came in a pice and not damaged; the seller didn't reply to my messages in 2 different occasions but at least the item arrived, a little pricey compared to other custom playmats so I paid to get the design I wanted.

Play at arrived in great shape considering all the bouncing around it did. While it took way too much time to get here, it wasn’t the seller’s fault. The post office misrouted the package several times. Seller did everything right, the label was correct. Just post office shenanigans. This is a great seller and I recommend them!

Shipping was a little hasty due to the bad weather in Florida BUT worth the wait !!! The packaging was secure and clean the mat is most definitely as described !! So clean sturdy and truly amazing ! The value was very reasonable!! I def recommend!
