The quality of the item is exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. What I found confusing was that when I purchased it, it said express shipping from Canada, and then once the order went through I got a message from the seller saying they wait 10 days for payment to clear and then shipping from Japan. Seller kept me well informed, but I found that very strange and it took a lot longer than expected because of that.

Item arrived in great condition, in safe and secure packaging. The seller was friendly, helpful, and communicative. While mine didn't come with the original packaging the frame, glass, and art itself was pristine and gorgeous.
