There was a slight delay with the delivery of this blanket, but that was clearly communicated and actually arrived earlier than the revised delivery date. The battery arrived with a 50% charge, and it charged up fully without issue in a short amount of time. The heat is very generous within the blanket, and because my Mom's power keeps being turned off for safety reasons I wanted something that would sustain her as needed. Great value, item was as described and seller was excellent!
