I haven't opened yet because it's for my kids birthday. But it was packed very well, shipping was fast and seller was great at communicating. I'm sure if there are any issues the seller would help me resolve them. That's why I am comfortable leaving positive feedback even though I haven't opened the item. Me and my kid are different creatures. I want to give them their birthday presents as soon as I get them. I'm horrible at Christmas time. But they want to wait until their actual birthday !

I had a great experience with a recent purchase. The item was as described, the order was filled quickly, and it was packed well. Unfortunately, there was some kind of mix-up at the shipping company's facility which delayed the actual delivery.
