Seller was communicative and assured package would arrive before Christmas using Fedex shipping for an extra fee. With Fedex it came in under 10 days to California which was great. The condition however was subpar with some missing stitches on the top when it was listed as new but the seller was quick to issue a partial refund once I got a hold of them. The overall condition of the plushie beside the stitches seems great though. Very professional seller and would buy from again!

Flowers as described! Did not open the bracelet, as it will be a gift. Fairly slow to ship. I had to message the seller, then a tracking number appeared, without communication. Packaging was decent, but hoped for better, with an item in this price range. Shipped in a thin poly bag, so some flower flakes were inside the display window. A box with bubble wrap would have been ideal. Positive feedback for being thankful it arrived. Thank you.
