The seller is very nice and careful. He reminded me about the electric voltage which I’d missed before buying and willful to cancel the bidding for my mistake. After I’d shown him that I’d already prepared my transformer, then he began to ship the item. For me, this is kind and sincere responsibility for the customer. The Kettle is brand new and arrived me in good package with fast shipping. Now I can enjoy my tea with the new and beautiful water kettle. Thank you.

Starting with the positives, the item was perfectly described and it was brand new, as noted. Shipping was also really fast and prompt, and I was able to track it all the way through. However, the negative which outweighs the positives was that the seller DOES NOT COMMUNICATE - AT ALL. I sent various questions and inquiries and got no response whatsoever. In regards to the item, it was overpriced compared to some competitors I found later.
