Item listed as brand new, The box showed up it was torn and ripped in a few places, also some missing &broken pieces inside I reached out to the seller to let them know first but the communication wasn’t very clear and seller was Vague and short, I was trying to reach out to the seller before I leave feedback I like supporting small businesses but when I reach out to the sellers to let them know any issues and they don’t show any desire to make it right orapologize it’s frustrating.

Shipping and packaging were great. Unfortunately, the seller had not noticed that the pants had been hemmed up, and were three inches shorter than the tag indicated. The seller was apologetic, and immediately refunded my purchase, which I greatly appreciate.
