Neutral experience: ordered 12Dec for Christmas present; didn't ship for nearly a week. No explanation or communication. Box arrived 30Dec and has crushed corners on overpack as well as both items. Meh. The holiday is expired and I'm too lazy to file a claim or seek a return.
