I ordered a plush and it was just as described, just packed a bit tight in a box (no big deal). The issue I had was the shipping time. I bought this item on Aug. 7th, on the 14th it was marked as shipped but with no tracking#. I messaged them on the 22nd, got a reply saying there was a mistake in shipping 2 days later, saw it got a tracking# on the 28th, shipped next day and arrived on Sep. 9th. I know imports are a pain, but you should take care to make sure the item has actually been sent.

Extremely happy! Brand new, perfect condition, as was stated in the listing. I was skeptical because of how cheap the shipping was, and it did take about a week for it to get shipped out, but it DID, and with a USPS tracking number. Once it was shipped it actually got here in less than a week. Would definitely buy from them again. Great seller! Thank you!
