I was very disappointed that you did not ship my $302 (with tax) order in a box, Japan to California. Instead, you wrapped it in bubble wrap (no box) with a paper covering. Somehow the box did not get significantly damaged only a small nick on the box. If the box was damaged, I would have given negative feedback and I would have returned the model at your expense. The condition of the box is important for collectibles. You did this to save yourself a few dollars in shipping cost. Packing Grade F

Lovely person to work with, they left a sweet personal note taped to the box, communicated a bunch- if I order anything else from Japan, I'm checking this page first, this was an amazing experience. The stuffed toy came in a plastic wrap and still had the tags, so a lot of care went into making sure that the toy came in it's new state.
