Item arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. The figure itself is well painted and superbly detailed given its size. However, the shipping was delayed several times and was bouncing from state to state. I had almost given up & thought that my package would be lost, but it did finally show up safe & sound. When it did, I noticed that on the outside of the box, the old shipping labels were still attached. That explains the bouncing & the delays. ALWAYS remove the old labels when shipping

Good seller. Responded to every email. Had to issue a refund. Apparently, while they were away. Another individual that works for them. Shipped to the wrong address. Just wanted to be transparent about that.
