I'm very satisfied with my purchase! I encountered a bit of a hiccup because my package was missing the trading cards. The seller was super helpful and explained they weren't able to find them but that they would be ordering them and shipping ASAP. They kept me updated of any delays and I eventually received the cards. The box itself was damaged but the bag is in perfect condition! This is a beautiful merch box. I cant wait to use it during the OT7 TOUR! quality & value 100% worth it!

Item arrived in brand new condition and original packaging, unopened. It was well wrapped for shipping. I got a really good deal as well. The item I ordered was a sailor fountain pen and it is very clearly a genuine sailor pen. Writes like a dream. It took 11 days to ship after I ordered, but once it was in the mail it only took 3 days to be delivered! The seller also answered my questions in a timely fashion. The product (a Kato n gauge train) was exactly as stated, brand new and packed very well. Shipment to UK was very quick - I heard nothing for a week then, on Monday I received a FedEx tracking number from EBay and it arrived at my house on Friday. So delivered less than 2 weeks from ordering, much quicker than stated. Excellent value and high quality service by the seller.
