Item is in “excellent condition”. Possibly NM, but not likely. Wear on the bottom not really noticeable in photo. But still happy with purchase since it was a fair price. Was surprised it was not placed in a sleeve and top loader as is customary for a card of this value (was in a penny sleeve). Notwithstanding, it was delivered in a good envelope and between taped cardboard as typical. Shipping cost was a bit much and I’m not a fan offsetting price with shipping charges. Net positive tho
