This was one well-run transaction. Securely packed and quickly shipped. The price was quite good, but the description was a little lacking. The car arrived without a rear set of wheels. It looks like this might be one of a multi-car set and I'm not sure of the seller's level of expertise with model trains. Anyhow, a refund was quickly processed and I'm satisfied with the results. Seller was very transparent. Things were as outlined ... they shared there were issues with the box it was packed in, but not the product itself. Upon receipt, everything was great ... brand new. Box was a bit beat up, but still more than fine even if not communicated in advance. Happy with the purchase, price and everything with the purchase.
