The store holder was just amazing! I didn't get a message it would be shipped soon. When I messaged them, they immediately messaged back and said "Ebay was supposed to let buyers know that he was on vacation but they didn't." He messaged me and said "I just landed 4 hours ago and I'm sending your package now! 😆 They were just amazing, packaged SO well, in perfect condition, just as it was shown and described. And it's so hard to find a Sam, for such a reasonable price. And he's perfect! TYVM!

I reached out to the seller prior to purchasing to confirm the condition of the box was in excellent condition, and he said it was. When I received the product, the USPS box was damaged and therefore the product box. The sent pictures to the seller and he immediately without hesitation refunded me in full.
