The easiest way to explain the sellers packaging is: exceptional. The product did come as new as indicated, but did not come in the cardboard that the Metal Robot Spirits come in. This seller is about the only one that could collaborate a solution for that. So after removing all the bubblewrap, I finally got to the package... a package wrapped in a beautiful clear plastic that meets the quality of factory-new. And the finishing touch? A written note that has my name written on it!!!!

Item arrived safe and sound as described. I did have to ask the seller when they would ship after waiting five days after paying immediately, but they answered quickly, and shipped later that day. I did also have to ask when it would arrive because there was not a tracking number with the shipment notification. This did take longer to receive than expected compared to other sellers in Japan but shipping was free so overall my experience was positive!
