Coffee mug arrived with broken handle despite seller's excellent bubble-wrap packaging and giant FRAGILE sticker on package, so I am 100% blaming the shipping. Beautiful quality mug, not a cheap knock off. Seller was quick to communicate with, offered partial refund so I am keeping the mug. Would buy from seller again.
