Ordered a bed liner for my Ford Maverick. It arrived pretty quickly but with two holes in the front (cab side) of it. There is no way for me to know when/where the damage happened, but I refused delivery. Seller was very quick to respond and issued a refund the next day. I give 5 stars to the seller for their handling of the situation and I will look to purchase from them again.

I had a positive experience with the Seller. The product was well packaged and arrived undamaged. The primary transport company did not update tracking and handed off product to another co, which delayed delivery by a week. The seller stepped in and got the ball rolling and made things right. Great customer service! I would definitely shop with them again!

Item arrived on time. The part number on the shipping box was correct. HOWEVER, the part inside was not correct. Contacted seller directly, and did receive a full refund. Due to some technical errors somewhere, it was quite delayed though. Very pleasant to deal with and I understand mistakes happen, so would use them again if needed.
