Ill start with a positive comment. This seller has great customer service. I received this book, and every pop-up in it was missing its head. This was very disappointing, but they made it right. I reached out, sent pictures, and then received a refund within a few hours. No questions asked. They even told me I could do whatever I wanted with this useless book instead of demanding it back or making me pay to ship it back. Mistakes happened. This one was fixed quickly and smoothly.
