Product arrived exactly as described. Seller went above and beyond to provide tracking updates throughout the shipping process. Seller included the original Pokemon center bag , and Pokemon card which the Pokemon center gives your complimentary with purchase (I believe). Pikachu plush was in protective plastic bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped via Japan Post from Tokyo. Would highly recommend this seller for products at a fair price!
