Got good customer service and refunds as necessary. But a lot of problems with delivery, item didn't arrive, cancelled and refunded, reordered, item came but 1 bottle short of order (!!!) and they refunded the missing bottle. Took a lot of time unnecessarily. But resolved amicably.

Items as described. Poorly packaged for delivery: 3 items placed in small box with one end open, within larger box with loosely crumpled bubble wrap. The 3 cans fell out of the small box and noisily rattled around in the larger box. One can missing top orange cap.

Package arrived safely but could have been wrapped more securely in a stronger box due to the nature of the purchase and it being shipped to the UK. The box was very badly damaged and I don’t know how the bottles survived, but they did.
