Communication was good. Packaged very carefully and shipped much faster than ETA, especially considering it came all the way from Japan. Item came with all accessories and paperwork, which I was not expecting! Seller left a cute origami bird in the package as well. Pricing was competitive and saved me a fortune vs. buying a new model.
