100% positive experience! Ken-ichi-san was clear and responsive, and the communication we had was very pleasant. The magazine got here even faster than expected, and the packaging was really sturdy. I wasn't sure how the extras would arrive (this one came with a CD), but it was built into the magazine itself, and combined with the sturdy packaging, it arrived in pristine shape. A+++ seller. Right after placing my order, I received a lovely message letting me know my item would be packed and shipped out asap. After the package was shipped I received another messaged letting me know it was on its way with a tracking number and to be expecting it soon, and there might be some delay because of the holidays.
