Purchased the A's hat which I had been looking for in this style for awhile . However it was a structured hat and was not sent in a box . It was delivered in a mailbag and I knew when I saw it there was a problem . The hat had been flattened during shipping . I contacted the seller and explained what had happened . The seller apologized profusely and promptly offered a full refund which I wasn't expecting . The seller made things right which was greatly appreciated .

The seller accidentally sent the wrong item but he provided a refund and let me keep the incorrect item. He said he would look for the actual item and I’m still waiting to hear back from him but I would definitely purchase from this seller again
