Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and the customer service experience. All of my initial questions were answered promptly. The coat was exactly as described and I found the price to be a bargain considering the fact it’s a collectors item. It arrived quickly, as I received it ahead of the expected timeframe. I am extremely pleased. The handbag is just as described and shown, and the shipping time was incredible. I ordered the 8th of July and received it on the 15th, despite ebay saying I'd be receiving it anywhere between early August to early September. AND shipping was free, which for someone who lives in New Zealand is an incredible feat. Thank you SO much. I will absolutely be purchasing with you again.
