My item came extremely well protected, when the USPS attempted to deliver the item when I wasn't home and it went back to the USPS for pick up I was extremely busy and didn't think to check the tracking to see where my item was. Seller reached out to me to make sure I got my package alright and I was able to go pick it up. They also checked in to make sure the condition of the item was still good after coming from overseas!

My order arrived nicely packaged, well before the delivery date. It has been hard to find ddeongbyeoli, it's been sold out at retailers for months now. Even though I got hit by customs (which wasn't the fault of the seller) this shop had it the cheapest I could find. Satisfied with this experience, would recommend this seller.
