All in all good experience. Item just as described and when it appeared the shipping label had been created but the item not shipped, seller responded immediately with clarification that the item had shipped. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken on arrival but the packaging appeared carefully done, so I think it was the nature of shipping something so delicate.
