All items are checked for odors before i list them My shipping rates are just that, i don't make any money for shipping, i just don't think that is right , i will reuse shipping materials when i can, just to save some cost on my end. I do have a service dog, with that said, I try to keep up on keeping things hair free but from time to time a dog hair will get on the tape or in a package. If this is going to be a issue please don't bid on my items I stand behind my items if any problems please get with me i will work with the buyer to make things right. All shipping is in United States only, eLS shipping is OK at buyers cost I get items out 1 to 2 days after payment is received, if i have any problems i will email the buyer to let them know. A+! Shipping was fast and the books were exactly as described. The best was the fact that the books were double wrapped in bubble wrap, and the size appropriate box was cushioned well with foam packing peanuts. This shows that the seller truly respects the buyer and takes care of their items. I was disappointed as the delivery person had put my package in a snow drift on my porch, but thanks to the careful preparation of the seller. The items were perfectly fine! WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN!
