   The seller was very nice and shipped it very quickly after I ordered it, And the way they packaged it so the figure itself wasn't damaged made me very happy to know it was safely secured and well taken care of even way before I bought it! Double protection, it made me giggle at how much it was packaged. I love Zhongli very much and just know if anyone is curious and wanting to buy a figurine from this series/any other series this seller has. Please don't ever hold back! Thank you so much again!

   The item arrived quickly and was wrapped securely in bubble wrap. Through what I believe was no fault of the sellers and was simply an error in the item's design, there were a number of noticeable marks where the illustration printed onto the acrylic rather than sealed inside had been rubbed from the surface leaving holes behind which was upsetting to see but, once again, the seller was not to blame

   I bought the Ivan and Till sets and they looked exactly as described, had GREAT quality, arrived fast and were extremely carefully packaged! When there was something I was unsure about they swiftly cleared up any uncertainties, so their communication was great as well! I can only recommend this product and the seller!
