I am well pleased with the item though FedEx did screw up and broke the cup on shipment which I wasn’t pleased about. Regarding the seller they did package the item with plenty of wrapping and manage to respond to my text usually the same day at night. (Different time zones). Overall I due trust this seller and his prices are quite fair. Only thing I would consider is maybe a different shipper though would buy again.

Seller was super nice! I had an issue with my address and was able to fix it immediately with their help! The shipping was also super fast! Got my Ruggie plushie within three days since I bought it! The packaging was also really good too, and the plushie was as big as described in the post. Definitely worth the value listed! So happy!!

Product was as described, and to my delight shipping was faster than anticipated. Packaging was great in protecting my now cherished backpack, and value was excellent for price, especially since this kind of product is now sold out on the Supergroupies site!
