this item has safely arrived. packing was adequate. item is as stated. this item DI NIT cost $ 10 more to ship---someone made a EXTRA profit from this. I purchased from 2 different vendors----and one shipped this item for $9, the second vendor shipped it for $ 19. Why is that???? doesn't eBay check this?? if not WHY NOT????????????????????????????? poor business practice---PERIOD. Let the buyer beware---but you can't negotiate the shipping fees----THAT IS AN EBAY PROBLEM that needs fixing
