I cannot guarantee their complete history, such as previous use or whether they were always in a smoke/pet-free home. However, I assure you that I would never sell an item that smells like smoke. I make every effort to clean and inspect each item. All items are disinfected and stored properly. However, I recommend cleaning any item you purchase. All new items are MOC (Mint on Card), which means the packaging may have some imperfections, but the items inside are in good condition. Please note that I will not accept returns for items with damaged, dented, or faded packaging. If you're looking for items in perfect packaging condition, I recommend shopping elsewhere. I cover the shipping cost to you and return shipping if you're not satisfied. Assume that all tags on items may have creases. Unfortunately, I cannot offer a replacement if a case cracks due to prohibitive shipping costs. I provide free shipping on all items, excluding international shipping. - Good: plushie was as pictured, well-made, & minimally worn (only on the connected part of the tail); colors still seemed fully saturated; and even came with full enough batteries. Packaging was adequate. - Neutral(?): shipping took longer than what tracking said (most likely from taking longer at my local mail carriers), title was slightly misleading (included Wowee, when The Pinkfong Company was the manufacturer)

The doll was shipped quickly and delivered timely. It was very well protected with lots of padding..I really appreciated the extra protection.
