It’s much better than expected! It is difficult to take a picture that does the piece justice. The colors are vibrant in the image both in the strap and the coin-sized portrait dangling from the top. Worth what I paid for it - it’s now among my favorite Undertaker (Black Butler) items in my collection. The seller shipped it by FedEx and so I received the shipment within a few days. The item was well packed to protect against weather and any mishandling of the outer box in the shipping process.

Mugs arrived packaged VERY well. Arrived before the estimated date. The items are exactly as advertised, and we were able to get the set for only a little more than the cost of one mug. I reached out to the seller at purchase to ask for extra safe packaging because I know (from experience 🥲) that these mugs are exceptionally fragile. Seller assured me they would package them carefully and they did! Very happy with this purchase.
