Was not well packaged/padded. Box looked like someone played soccer with it, and the item was haphazardly shoved into a paper envelope for "padding". As such, the coffin was slightly dented and warped. Because it's tin, I was able to re-align it, but the seller should be a little more careful with items when mailing. Other than this, the transaction was smooth, so giving it an overall positive...just be aware, you may need to contact this seller and request quality packaging before they ship.

Wasn’t shipped for several days after purchase, which can be critical during the holiday season. There wasn’t enough packaging to properly protect the item from moving all around the box but it was at least wrapped in protective bubble wrap and arrived undamaged. USPS delays outside the seller’s control delayed delivery by 5 days past the original expectation. Overall, I got the item before Christmas and in good condition so it was a positive experience in the end.
