Initially, the product arrived damaged because it was shipped in a padded envelope. I reached out to the seller, and they responded within 48 hours, just 21 minutes before the deadline, and pointed out eBay s policy to me. After exchanging messages, they provided a full refund for the product I received. This resolved my issue with them, which is why I am changing my feedback to positive. Item arrived quickly, everything was great, but the item did get bent a little on arrival due to postal company (Royal mail) and a little scuff in cardboard at bottom.. Just figured it was best to mention so you can pack the items you send out more cushioned in near future with the figures ect. But other then that, great. Would recommend the seller 100%, prices were excellent. Very happy with purchase. A++++++. Would recommend 100%. Delivery was fast.
