The seller was quick to respond when I had a question about the Sanrio Ohuhu Alcohol Markers. When I received it, the quality was in perfect condition & everything looked great as mentioned in the description. Since it was Sanrio themed & only sold in Japan, the value of it was fair. The only problem I had for this item was the shipping since it had to go thru customs, but once again, the seller helped me with the process & my item arrived in perfect timing! I highly recommend this seller!

Order arrived exactly when expected, as described, was packaged well, and was a great value! Seller has phenomenal communication with buyers, and they put a Thank You card in the box which was an unexpected, but pleasant, surprise. They even put in a little origami crane (tsuru/鶴) which symbolizes hope and good fortune (for those that might not know)! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Excellent service and product!!! Arrived in perfect condition. Price of item+shipping was extremely reasonable considering what I’ve seen these listed for by other sellers. Shipping was extremely fast, item was estimated to arrive between 4/2 and 4/8, ended up arriving on 3/29. I am a big Rose of Versailles fan and was so happy I could get these cute little guys🥰🥰 Would definitely recommend to others!!
