2009 Empty Collectible Tin and includes the promo card. Can be displayed in a collection or used to store cards. See photos for condition, the tin has some light scratches and some glue from a price sticker on the bottom but otherwise in great shape. Additional photos available upon request. Limited Edition Secret Rare - Power Tool Dragon - CT06-EN001 in Mod Play condition. Card would be near mint except for a couple very faint creases that you can only see on close inspection (see photos). Would look great in a binder.
