My package arrived today. Seller shipped order quickly after payment cleared. They did a great job packaging this up for shipping! It is exactly as described in the listing and as for the value I feel happy about it. Now, for the bad. The seller required a signature for delivery, which is fine, but I would have liked to have been informed about that before hand. There was NO communication on the sellers part! The slab was dirty, you could have cleaned it!
